What Ringba does
Ringba is a leading call-tracking and real-time-bidding platform: it routes inbound calls, runs ring-tree auctions, and manages your buyers and publishers. It's excellent at moving the call. What it doesn't do is tell you how the call was handled, or show you the auctions you didn't win.
What Clario adds for Ringba operators
See every RTB bid, not just the winner
Ringba routes a call to the winning buyer and reports that price. Every other bid, the declines, the latencies, and the reasons buyers passed happen in the ping traffic and are never stored. Clario's Auction Intelligence captures the full auction on every ping — including the ones you lose — so you can price and route traffic on real demand.
AI QA on every recorded call
Ringba records your calls; Clario reads them. Every call is transcribed and scored for greeting, compliance, discovery, and close, with risk flags, a disposition, and a short summary — so you manage quality by exception instead of spot-checking a few calls a day.
Buyer and publisher reporting that reconciles
Clean rollups of revenue, payout, and profit by buyer and publisher, plus branded, audience-redacted reports you can send a partner — a buyer sees only its own economics, a publisher only its own. If you run Ringba alongside other platforms, they roll up under one consistent set of names.
Why this pairing works
Because Ringba is so RTB-heavy, Auction Intelligence is usually the biggest unlock: the winning bid alone hides whether a call had three buyers competing at a higher price or none at all. Seeing the complete demand curve for every ping is what turns Ringba's routing from a black box into a market you can actually read — and it never changes how Ringba routes, because capture is logging-only.
Keep Ringba. Add the intelligence.
Clario doesn't ask you to change how you run Ringba. You connect it with the credentials you already have, keep routing and tracking calls exactly as you do today, and Clario layers AI QA, auction capture, and reporting on top. If you run Ringba alongside another platform, everything rolls up under one consistent set of buyer and publisher names — and you can run the whole operation from Liza, on the dashboard, in Telegram, or from Claude Desktop.
What Clario keeps — and what it doesn't
Connecting Ringba to Clario does not mean handing over your callers. Auction pings describe consumers who haven't connected to your business — and on the auctions you lose, never will — so Clario records the commercial shape of the auction and not the person behind it: bids, accept and reject outcomes, latency, coverage by postal code. The caller's number is replaced at the point of capture with a non-reversible identifier that we cannot turn back into a phone number. Your own completed calls stay complete, because those are your records. We never pool your data across customers or sell it to anyone. The exact fields are in our Privacy Policy.
