What CallGrid does
CallGrid is a call-tracking platform that routes inbound calls, records them, and runs bid webhooks to your buyers. It captures a lot of rich signal — including stereo recordings and caller geo — that most operators never fully use.
What Clario adds for CallGrid operators
Channel-accurate AI QA
CallGrid records the agent and the customer on separate channels. Clario transcribes each channel independently, so speaker attribution is ground truth rather than a guess — which makes scoring for greeting, compliance, discovery, and close markedly more accurate than QA built on a mixed-down recording.
Coverage Intelligence by geo
CallGrid resolves rich caller geography. Clario turns it into a per-geo profit view — conversion rate, profit, and average winning bid by area code, zip, NPA-NXX, state, and carrier — with drill-through to the calls underneath, so you can cut the geographies that lose money and lean into the ones that pay.
Every bid captured from your webhooks
CallGrid's bid webhooks carry every ping and every buyer response. Clario captures them — bid amount, latency, winner, and the real decline reason — including the auctions you lose, so you see the full demand for your traffic instead of just the routed price.
Why this pairing works
CallGrid is the platform where Clario's QA is at its sharpest, because separate agent and customer channels remove the single biggest source of error in call transcription — figuring out who was talking. Pair that with per-geo coverage and full auction capture, and CallGrid's rich signal finally gets used end to end.
Keep CallGrid. Add the intelligence.
Clario doesn't ask you to change how you run CallGrid. You connect it with the credentials you already have, keep routing and tracking calls exactly as you do today, and Clario layers AI QA, auction capture, and reporting on top. If you run CallGrid alongside another platform, everything rolls up under one consistent set of buyer and publisher names — and you can run the whole operation from Liza, on the dashboard, in Telegram, or from Claude Desktop.
What Clario keeps — and what it doesn't
Connecting CallGrid to Clario does not mean handing over your callers. Auction pings describe consumers who haven't connected to your business — and on the auctions you lose, never will — so Clario records the commercial shape of the auction and not the person behind it: bids, accept and reject outcomes, latency, coverage by postal code. The caller's number is replaced at the point of capture with a non-reversible identifier that we cannot turn back into a phone number. Your own completed calls stay complete, because those are your records. We never pool your data across customers or sell it to anyone. The exact fields are in our Privacy Policy.
