What Retreaver does
Retreaver is a real-time, tag-based call-tracking and routing platform. Its strength is flexible, data-rich routing that adapts to each caller. What it doesn't do is score the conversation or show you the auctions you didn't win.
What Clario adds for Retreaver operators
AI QA on every call
Every recorded call is transcribed and scored for greeting, compliance, discovery, and close, with risk flags, a disposition, and a short summary. Retreaver's rich tag data tells you how a call routed; Clario tells you how it went.
Capture every bid on every ping
Retreaver's real-time bidding reports the winner. Clario captures the whole auction — bid amount, latency, winner, and the real decline reason — including the pings you lose, so you can price traffic on the full demand picture, not a single routed number.
Reporting and partner-safe share links
Clean buyer and publisher rollups, plus branded, audience-redacted reports and no-login share links scoped to a single partner — a buyer sees only its own economics, a publisher only its own. Real-time ingestion keeps the numbers current.
Why this pairing works
Retreaver operators tend to run sophisticated routing already, which means the missing piece is usually outcome and demand data: whether the routing decisions are actually producing good calls, and what those calls were worth to every buyer — not just the one that won. Clario layers that on without touching how Retreaver routes.
Keep Retreaver. Add the intelligence.
Clario doesn't ask you to change how you run Retreaver. You connect it with the credentials you already have, keep routing and tracking calls exactly as you do today, and Clario layers AI QA, auction capture, and reporting on top. If you run Retreaver alongside another platform, everything rolls up under one consistent set of buyer and publisher names — and you can run the whole operation from Liza, on the dashboard, in Telegram, or from Claude Desktop.
What Clario keeps — and what it doesn't
Connecting Retreaver to Clario does not mean handing over your callers. Auction pings describe consumers who haven't connected to your business — and on the auctions you lose, never will — so Clario records the commercial shape of the auction and not the person behind it: bids, accept and reject outcomes, latency, coverage by postal code. The caller's number is replaced at the point of capture with a non-reversible identifier that we cannot turn back into a phone number. Your own completed calls stay complete, because those are your records. We never pool your data across customers or sell it to anyone. The exact fields are in our Privacy Policy.
