This Privacy Policy explains how Clario (the “Service”), operated by El Pantheon LLC (“Clario”, “we”, “us”, “our”), handles information in connection with our pay-per-call operations platform and this website.
Each customer works in a private, dedicated workspace at your own subdomain, with access controls and audit logging governing how data is reached and used. Enterprise customers may opt into dedicated infrastructure.
1. The roles we play
For most data inside the platform — calls, recordings, transcripts, caller details, and buyer/publisher records you bring from your call-tracking platforms — you are the controller and we act as a processor handling that data on your behalf and on your instructions. For your account and your use of this website, we act as the controller.
2. Information we process
Account & contact data
Names, work email addresses, company, role, and the details you submit through our demo request form (including monthly call volume and the platforms you use).
Customer platform data (processed on your behalf)
- Call records ingested from Ringba, Retreaver, CallGrid, and TrackDrive — caller phone number, geography (area code, state, zip, NPA-NXX, carrier), publisher/source, target/buyer, duration, disposition, revenue, and payout. These are records of calls that connected to your business.
- Call recordings and the AI-generated transcripts and quality scores derived from them.
- Buyer and publisher profiles, mappings, and reporting configuration you create or import.
Real-time bidding (RTB) auction data — no caller identity
RTB auction data is handled differently from your call records, and deliberately so. An auction ping describes a caller who has not connected to your business and, in the case of an auction you do not win, never will. We therefore record the commercial shape of the auction and not the person behind it.
- What we record: bid amounts and bid responses; acceptance, rejection, duplicate and rate-limit outcomes; response latency; the destination and publisher involved; campaign identifiers; and, for the caller, only the postal code, the state, and the last four digits of the telephone number.
- What we do not record: the caller's telephone number. It is replaced at the point of capture with a non-reversible cryptographic identifier, used solely to de-duplicate auction records and to associate an auction with your own completed calls. We do not retain the number and cannot reconstruct it. No other caller-identifying information is stored.
- What we never do: use auction data for our own purposes, pool it across customers, or sell, license, or otherwise disclose caller information to any third party.
Usage & technical data
Authentication events, audit logs of actions taken in the platform, and standard server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the Service.
- To transcribe and quality-score calls, surface RTB and coverage intelligence, and generate reports — all on your instruction and configuration.
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your platform data to train any general-purpose AI model.
4. AI processing
AI transcription, scoring, and Liza (the AI assistant) are provided as part of the Service and processed through third-party AI providers we engage (such as our speech-to-text and large-language-model providers). On Enterprise plans you may instead bring your own AI provider keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), in which case that usage runs under your provider accounts and their terms. We do not use your platform data to train any general-purpose AI model, and we recommend reviewing each provider’s data and retention policies, as their handling of submitted content is governed by the applicable provider agreement.
5. Sub-processors
We use a limited set of service providers to run the platform, which may include cloud/server hosting, the speech-to-text and large-language-model providers we engage to deliver AI features, and a messaging provider (Telegram) where you enable Liza on Telegram. Each is used only to deliver the Service. A current list is available on request to support@elclario.com.
6. Retention
Within your workspace, call, RTB, and reporting data is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service or as configured by you. We delete or return customer data after termination as described in our Terms of Service, subject to legal retention requirements.
Per-auction RTB records are aged out on a rolling window — currently fourteen days — after which only aggregate figures remain. Because those records never contain a caller's telephone number in the first place, ageing them out removes commercial detail, not identity: there is no caller identity in them to expire.
7. How we protect data
We apply role-based access controls, audited actions, encrypted transport, and workspace-level separation of each customer’s data. See our Security page for details.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because much of the data in the platform is controlled by our customers, requests about call or buyer/publisher data should be directed to the relevant customer; we will assist our customers in responding. Contact us at support@elclario.com.
9. International transfers
Where data is processed in a country different from yours, we rely on appropriate safeguards for any such transfer as required by applicable law.
10. Cookies
This marketing site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for it to function. The authenticated platform uses the cookies required for sign-in and security.
11. Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
